Role Overview:
Service-driven leader to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise service teams (restaurant, bar, reception).
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
  • Act as Lodge Manager’s deputy when required.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in lodge/hospitality supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • Food & beverage operational knowledge.
  • Hands-on, energetic approach.
