JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
Service-driven leader to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise service teams (restaurant, bar, reception).
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
- Act as Lodge Manager’s deputy when required.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in lodge/hospitality supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Food & beverage operational knowledge.
- Hands-on, energetic approach.
