BID NOTICE UNDER PEN BIDDING
Mityana District Local Government invites sealed bids from competent and eligible firms to bid for the following procurements for the financial year 2023/2024:
1. Construction of a two classroom block with Office and Store, supply of 36 hardwood desks, 3 teacher's tables and chairs and one filling cabinet at Nabutaka primary school.
2. Construction of a two classroom block with Office and Store, supply of 36 hardwood desks, 3 teacher's tables and chairs and one filling cabinet at Kiyogaanyi C/U primary school.
3. Completion of Kitongo mini solar piped water supply system phase two in Butayunja Sub County.
4. Construction of Mpirigwa Water Supply System Phase III 5. Supply and delivery of one ultra sound scan machine
In addition, the Entity invites potential and eligible firms/ individuals to be pre-qualified for;
1. Repair of Morgue fridges, air conditioners and generators. 2. Repair of Biomedical equipment like ultrasound scan machine, X-ray machine, patient monitors, anesthetic machine, oxygen concentrators etc.
Bidding to be conducted as per Open domestic bidding procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (as amended) and LG PPDA Regulations 2006.
Terms and conditions are contained in the bid documents which are available for inspection in the Procurement and Disposal Unit.
The Bid documents are obtainable from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the District Headquarters upon payment of 100,000/= non Refundable fee to Mityana District General Fund A/C 0140028532807 Stanbic Bank Mityana Branch.
Complete and sealed bids shall be delivered to: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit P.O.Box 332 Mityana on or before 12:00hr on the 10-10-2023. Shortly after which time bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
