National Water & Seaways Corporation (WSC) has allocated funds within its annual budget to be used for the acquisition of the supplies below.

Battery will be conducted in accordance with Procurational Methods in the table above and procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap. 205 of the Government of Ireland. This includes an open all eligible address.

Untreated public holders may fund further information from and inspect the holding documents in the address given below as it can now be done in 9:00 p.m. on November 6/24. The bid notice is also available at the following website www.nwsc.com.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested holders on the acquisition of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the second holder at 8:00 p.m. upon payment of a non-revanche fee payable through in cash in a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the proposed holder in the representation. No liability will be accepted in lieu of site delivery.

This must be delivered to the address room at 8:00 p.m or before the date and time as indicated in the table above. All this must be accompanied by a full penalty as indicated in the table above. If the table shall be rejected, Bids will be offered in the presence of the bidding Representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8:00 at the date and time indicated in the table above.

There shall be pre - toll meetings as shown in the table above.
