PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
5–8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in agriculture, crop protection, or related industries.
Proven track record in leading regional sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
Experience developing key customers and implementing Key Account programs.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDEGE/SKILLS
Knowledge of crop protection products and market dynamics Sales planning and territory management
CRM system usage and reporting (e.g., opportunity management, visit planning)
Channel strategy and key account development
Commercial policy application (pricing, discounts, consignment, etc.) Forecasting and budget tracking
COMPETENCES/ SKILLS
Team leadership and coaching
Effective communication and negotiation Customer focus and relationship building Goal-oriented and proactive mindset Strong execution and follow-through
Adaptability and decision-making under pressure
Collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Planning teams.

Responsible For
Lead regional sales execution to achieve targets by product, customer, and
Manage and coach the sales team, ensuring daily discipline and PBC alignment.
Develop key customers and drive engagement through the Prisma Key Account (KA)/Elite Club Program.
Coordinate branding and demand generation activities with Marketing, Territory Managers and Field Agronomist.
Ensure CRM accuracy, including visit records, opportunities, and customer data.
Consolidate regional sales forecasts and actively contribute to the S&OP
Enforce pricing, discount, and consignment policies in line with commercial guidelines.
Monitor territory KPIs and submit monthly performance reports.
Align regional activities with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics).
Oversee sales administration, order creation, and support collections to ensure proper order-to-cash (OTC) execution.
Note: This position can be name fir a Sales Territory, Specific Channel or business unit division.
Additional Requirements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by product, customer, and territory.
Ensure high-performing sales team execution, aligned with defined PBC objectives.
Strengthen relationships with key customers and increase Prisma KA program impact.
Boost product visibility and grower engagement through well-executed demand generation.
Maintain updated, accurate CRM data for effective planning and reporting.
Deliver reliable sales forecasts and ensure alignment with supply planning (S&OP).
Guarantee compliance with pricing, discount, and consignment policies.
Provide clear, data-driven performance updates to support business decisions.
Execute aligned commercial actions through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure efficient order-to-cash flow and reduce overdue accounts in the region.
