JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
Seeking experienced professionals to lead agent networks, drive district performance, and grow market share.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Manage and supervise territory / KYC / DSA teams
- Optimize agent performance & compliance
- Develop growth strategies for revenue, RMS, SSO
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven leadership managing agent or field sales teams in telecom or FMCG
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- 1 year sales experience is a must
