Request for Expression of Interest for Provision of Consultancy Services for a technical assistance to conduct an HIV programmatic Gap analysis for the Country Procurement Reference No: UACICON.SRVCs/252-2600043

1. The Government of Uganda (COU) through Uganda and Commission (UAC) has allocated received funds from United Nations Congress Fund (UNEC), to conduct Consultancy Services to for a technical assistance to conduct an HIV programmatic Gap analysis for the Country. A comprehensive gap analysis will clearly areas for improvement and optimize program effectiveness in the first of declining resources and government guidance on integration.

2. The Entity now invites eligible consultants to submit sealed expressions of interest, to for provision of the above services.

3. Bloating shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all Modern Consultants.

4. Interested eligible bidder consultants may obtain further information and inform the proposal done under all the address given below at 8 (a) from Room 2.7 from 9:00AM-4:00PM.

5. The bloating document may be purchased by interested bidder consultants from the amount of 8 (a) from Room 2.7 from 9:00AM-4:00PM and upon payment of a non-trivializable fee of USDX 100.00 (Uganda Shining). One hundred thousand uned. The method of agreement is the through UKA by downloading a payment Registration Number on the UKA Portal.

6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (c) at or before 10:30 am and no October 2025. A Proposal Security Declaration shall be valid until 31 - June 2025. Of required, Electronic Bloating will not be permitted. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened the presence of the consultants' representatives who choose to attend all the address below at 8 (d) at 10:45 am and 10:0-datedr 2025.

7. There shall not be a pre – proposal meeting.
