JOB DETAILS:
Adent consulting is hiring
Core Function:
- To handle localized transport, staff movement, and light supply delivery within and around the farm infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate pickup trucks on challenging rural terrains, unpaved farm roads, and under varied weather conditions.
- Transport farm inputs, tools, harvested samples, and personnel across different sectors of the farm.
- Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections (oil, coolant, tires) and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and mechanically sound despite dusty farm conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license (relevant class for light commercial vehicles/pickups).
- Proven experience navigating rural/rough terrain.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills to handle minor issues away from the main workshop.
