We are hiring a Finance Associate to support various business units engaged in audit, taxation, advisory, and shared services. These roles offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and exposure to diverse financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned unit, responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Preparing management accounts and financial statements.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes.
- Assisting with tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and income tax filings.
- Reconciling intercompany transactions and client accounts.
- Coordinating billing, collections, and engagement profitability tracking.
- Supporting financial advisory and bookkeeping services for clients.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Level 2 or equivalent certification (or progress toward it) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Office 365 is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
