Our Client is a Commercial Bank seeking to hire qualified, versatile, and self-driven individuals to fill the vacant position of Head of Business & Institutional Banking (BIB) to lead and grow the Business & Institutional Banking (BIB) segment. This role has full accountability for strategy execution, business growth, profitability and team performance across corporate, SME, institutional and public sector banking.
Job Purpose
To develop and implement strategies for acquisition, growth, and retention of Business & Institutional Banking customers.
