• Review literacy and education programs to assess and strengthen inclusion of children with diverse needs.
• Provide technical guidance on inclusive education practices, reasonable accommodations and child-centred approaches.
• Build staff and partner capacity on disability inclusion and inclusive teaching and learning methods.

Technical Skills

• Professional experience in inclusive education, special needs education, or disability inclusion.
• Strong social-emotional understanding of trauma-informed and inclusive learning approaches.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in inclusive or special needs education.
