PROVISION OF VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for acquisition of Vehicle Maintenance and Service Under Framework Contract for one year.

2. The Uganda Communications Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Provision of Vehicle Maintenance and Service Under Framework Contract for one year at its offices located at Plot 42-44 Spring Road, Bugoloki in Kampala.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act. 2023.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from Uganda Communications Commission at this address given below at R(q) from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by Interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at R(q) and upon payment of non-refundable use of Situ 1000 (Uganda Shininge One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be to a bank account of Uganda Limited, Corporate Branch, Created Stentile Bank (Uganda Limited, Caponato, Mexico).

6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at R(p) at or before the September 2025 at 10.00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at R(q) at 10.15am on 8th September 2025.

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 29th August 2025 at 11.00am at UCC House (Camiser), Plot 42-44 Spring Road, Bugoloki, Kampala.
