The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions within ComeAgain Investments Ltd. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role is key in building a productive, motivated, and well-managed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Prepare job descriptions and post job adverts
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

3. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity
  • Assist in setting KPIs and performance targets

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments
  • Organize workshops and staff development programs
  • Track employee growth and career progression

5. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws
  • Develop and enforce company HR policies
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
