The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds for the acquisition of the requirements listed below:

1. The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap 205, and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am – 5:00 pm (working days).
4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. The payment shall be made to the bank and a bank slip presented as evidence of payment. Bidders should generate a payment advice from the URA Portal and present to the Bank for payment.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am on/before 11th September 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as per table above. Bid security must be valid until 26th February 2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9(b) at 11:30 a.m on 11th September 2026.
6. There shall be a pre–bid meeting/ site visit on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
