Scope of Work/Deliverables

1. Enterprise-Level Coaching

  • Conduct one-on-one or small-group coaching sessions with women-led businesses.
  • Diagnose leadership challenges, growth constraints, and team dynamics.
  • Assist entrepreneurs in setting personal leadership goals and action plans.
  • Provide guidance on business growth, change management, and decision-making.
  • Submit periodic and final reports on progress.
  • Hold regular check-ins with the Project Manager.

2. Virtual Group Leadership Sessions

  • Design and facilitate interactive leadership modules for virtual delivery.
  • Conduct group sessions for 40 women entrepreneurs remotely.
  • Promote peer learning, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Cover topics like visionary leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, and team building.
  • Regularly update the Project Manager on progress and adjustments.

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree in Development Studies, Gender Studies, or Social Entrepreneurship is an advantage.
  • Certification in coaching or leadership development is a strong asset.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years in leadership or executive coaching, preferably with SMEs or entrepreneurs.
  • Expertise in gender-responsive coaching and inclusive leadership.
  • Familiarity with the East African business environment (Uganda/Kenya preferred).
  • Proficiency in virtual facilitation tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
