Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process loan applications in accordance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Conduct client assessments, including creditworthiness analysis and business/appraisal visits.
• Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments to maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Provide financial advice and support to clients to promote proper loan utilization.
• Identify and mitigate risks by maintaining a low portfolio-at-risk (PAR).
• Prepare and submit accurate credit reports and portfolio updates to management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure.
• Should not exceed 28 years of age.
