We are looking for a disciplined, energetic, and practical Male candidate to join our new management team under our GM. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and hygiene.

Responsibilities or duties

Core Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Manage night-time check-ins (including international arrivals) and carry guest luggage to rooms.
• Practical Maintenance: Fix minor issues on the spot (e.g., changing a light bulb, checking a water heater) so guests are never left in the dark.
• Night Authority: Maintain a "Quiet Zone" after 10 PM. You must be firm and professional in controlling noise levels.
• Security & Hygiene: Supervise guards and ensure the reception/entry area is spotless. High personal hygiene is a strict requirement.
• Flexibility: Assist the GM during the day if needed for urgent operations.

Requirements:

• Location: Must live in or very near Muyenga / Bukasa for easy commuting.
• Skills: Basic "handyman" skills (fixing bulbs/plugs) and strong physical ability and confidence.
• Personality: Respectful, alert, and strictly honest.
• Appearance: Must maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
