The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2018 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 13th Cohort.
We seek to give opportunities to candidates in the following areas:
Operations Intern. (Malaba & Kampala Office).
Eligibility:
The candidates should ideally hold professional and academic qualifications for the respective roles:
- Holder of professional and academic qualifications in Customs Clearance, Ships Agency, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounts/Finance, Human resource management, social sciences. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
- Not more than a year period surpassed after graduation.
Personal Attributes:
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be goal oriented, passionate, and proactive.
- Readiness to learn.
- Should possess strong analytical skills.
- Must be computer literate.
