Uganda AIDS Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:
No. Procurement Reference Number UAC/SRVCS/23-24/ 00056
Subject of Procurement
Provision of Medical Insurance Services for UAC Staff and their Dependants for a period of one (01) year
Bid Security in form of bank guarantee only. UGX 2,000,000(Uganda Shillings: Two million only)
The Bidding document shall be inspected and issued at; Procurement & Disposal Unit,1st Floor- Room 2.7, Uganda AIDS Commission P.O Box P.O Box 10779, Kampala, Uganda Plot 1-3 Salim Bay Road, Ntinda
A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address above (2) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One hundred thousand only) through URA by downloading a payment Registration Number on the URA Portal.
On presentation of proof of payment to UAC, the bidding document may then be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative from Procurement & Disposal Unit, 1st Floor, Room 2.7.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:30am on November 07, 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address above (2) at 10:45am on November 07, 2023.
