PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR VARIOUS THEMATIC AREAS UNDER THE UGANDA RESPONSE INNOVATION LAB (U-RIL) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Save the children International (Uganda Country Office) under the U-RIL seeks proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide consultancy services in the areas of Qualitative learning & Research, Information Technology for development, Communication & Design plus Innovation design and development for new products & services. The services are to be provided under Framework Agreement (FWA).

Overview of the assignment

Save the Children International (Uganda Country Office) under the Learning Hub shortlists and manages a pool of consultants under Framework Agreements for short term consultancy services under various thematic areas that include: Learning/social research, design and communication, innovation of new products and services and Information Technology for development (IT4D).

The consultants are engaged on a call off basis depending on the required skill set and availability of each consultant per assignment. The consultants are paid for days worked depending on the No. of days allocated per assignment. Payments are made upon submission fob the required deliverables for each assignment. A complete set of Proposal documents in English with further details shall be issued at NO COST to all potential consultants who express an interest by submitting a letter to: uganda.coprocurement@savethechildren.org and mlthell.mugerwa@savethechildren.org

Clearly labeled proposals/bids marked “Provision of consultancy services in various thematic areas i.e. Qualitative Learning & Research, Communication & Design, New product & service innovation and design, Information Technology 4 development.” must be electronically submitted to the email addresses above and/or by Hard Copy to the address below on or by Wednesday 26th August 2026 by 2:00pm. (EAT).

NB: Late bids shall be rejected.
