STATIC BIDDING METHOD FOR THE PREQUALIFICATION OF
BIDDERS FOR THREE FINANCIAL YEARS OF 2025-2026/2026-2027/2027-2028.
1. The Petroleum Authority of Uganda is in the process of pre-qualifying, registering, and classifying competent firms that will be called upon from time to time to bid for Works, Non-Consultancy, Consultancy Services, and Supplies for the three financial years stated above. The Petroleum Authority of Uganda now invites suitably qualified bidders including Special Interest Groups (Youth, Women, and Persons with Disabilities-PWDs) to submit sealed short-listing submissions for, Supplies, Non-Consultancy, Consultancy Services, and Works.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (6) from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays.
3. The Bidding document in English shall be given to the interested bidders upon the submission of a written application and proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Uys 100,000 for each category applied for through a bank authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees by the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) to the Manager Procurement/HPDU via email on the address in (6). Bidders Applying Under Special Interest Groups Do Not Have to Pay.
4. The Deadline for submission of bids will be on 16th July 2025 at 11:00 am.
