Job Purpose:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to potential clients while maintaining professional relationship with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to reach potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationship with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to make our brand a pacesetter in all the family categories that is Braids, Crotchets, and Weaves.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line, pricing, and industry trends to our clients.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field from a recognized University.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A female presentable Ugandan candidate is preferred for this role and should be of age between 22 years to 26 years.
