Company Overview
Sandi AI Technologies is an AI-powered fintech platform helping rural farmer saving groups access solar irrigation and clean energy technologies without loans, collateral or large upfront payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard farmer saving groups, cooperatives and smallholder farmers.
- Promote Sandi AI’s clean energy and precision irrigation solutions.
- Conduct field visits, community meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with local leaders, farmer groups and partners.
- Support customer registration on our platform, including WhatsApp, USSD and mobile channels.
- Follow up with customers and support them through the saving and product access process.
- Collect market feedback and report sales progress to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Community Development, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, field work, community mobilization, or customer relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with rural communities, farmer groups, and local leaders.
- Basic computer or smartphone skills.
- Good reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Passion for agriculture, clean energy, fintech, and financial inclusion.
- Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
Personal Qualities
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Honest, disciplined, and professional.
- Willing to travel and work in the field.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
