UTCL is located along the Kampala Jinja highway near Lugati municipal council in Buikwe district approximately 48 klometers from Kampala City and 40 Kdometers from Jinja opposite Mt ST Mary's College Namagunga.

Company Main Activities

The company mainly deals in the production of tea where 80% of the sales are for the international market and the local market 20%. Made Tea is exported to Mombasa in Konya to the Auction market with other tea companies around East Africa and sold thereafter. The company also deals with other activities which include alforestation, coffee, cocoa and Hananas

UTCL produces over 3.5 million kilos of tea annually 10% of Uganda's national output

Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will oversee day to day activities of security guards, Investigate security incidents, report risks, and implement.corrective actions to maintain a safe and secure environment, Supervise, schedule, and support security personnel to ensure effective team performance, conduct boundary impections, re port encroaclamenta, and maintain aicure company boundaries, Maintain security records and evports, communicate and management directives and perform duties as atsigned by the Security Manager.

Qualifications

• A level certificate with past experience in security role, preferably ex-soldier or ex police officer.
• Ability to enforce compliance and maintain discipline.
• At least two years' experience in same role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Females also encouraged to apply for the position.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of digital toolls for monitoring
