Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a qualified Service Bay Technician for our client in the petroleum sector. This role involves performing high-quality vehicle servicing, completing all required under-bonnet checks, promoting and selling lubricants, and actively engaging nearby customers to increase lubricant sales and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and basic service tasks.
• Conduct under-bonnet inspections such as coolant, brake fluid, and battery checks.
• Dispose of used oil and filters safely in compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards.
• Recommend suitable lubricants based on vehicle type and usage requirements.
• Promote and explain the benefits of brand lubricants to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of lubricant sales and monitor stock levels.
• Approach nearby vehicle owners, garages, and businesses to promote lubricants and services.
• Build and maintain a customer lubricants database for repeat and external clients.
• Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries effectively.
• Maintain the service bay’s cleanliness, ensure tools/equipment are functional, and assist with stock-taking.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Automotive Mechanics or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in vehicle servicing or lubricant sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
