Job Purpose

To drive parts sales by identifying customer needs, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate provision of genuine parts and accessories to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell spare parts and accessories to customers and workshops, meeting sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, leveraging existing client profiles.
  • Advise customers on suitable parts based on technical knowledge of trucks and buses.
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and parts availability.
  • Collaborate with the service team to align parts sales with workshop requirements.
  • Maintain professional conduct, reflecting the company’s brand and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in parts sales, preferably in the automotive or heavy trucks/buses sector.
  • Proven client portfolio with solid recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of trucks/buses spare parts and systems is an added advantage.
