This role supports the Housing Sub-Programme within the Sustainable Urbanization, Housing and Land Management Programme.

Responsibilities or duties

The duties include:

• Support the Housing Sub-Programme in planning and Budgeting
• Support the Management of the Integrated National Development Plan Monitoring and Evaluation Management Information System
• Develop and publish the Housing Sub-Programme Performance Reports (quarterly, semi-annual and annual)
• Facilitate Housing Sub-Programme Reviews
• Facilitate Housing Technical Working Group meetings
• Support the identification, costing/budgeting and implementation of Housing sub-Programme priorities
• Support the development, approval, implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation of Housing Sub-Programme Projects
• Support the execution of Housing Sub-Programme Research, Studies and Policy Dialogues

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Statistics from a recognized University/Institution or any other relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Masters in either Statistics; Monitoring and Evaluation; Project Planning and Management; Public Finance Management; Economics; Public Policy and Administration; or Development Studies

Experience needed

• At least five (5) years working experience in Planning, Budgeting and Performance reporting in public sector programmes or projects related to Housing SubProgramme initiatives in Government or a reputable Organization
