SUPPLY OF FUEL FOR MOTOR VEHICLES UNDER FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT. MOWT/ SPLS/2023-2024/00080.
The Ministry of Works and Transport has secured funds from the Goverment of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of Fuel for motor vehicles under Framework Arrangement.
The Entity invites sealed bids from the eligible Bidder for provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the direct bidding method contained in the
Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Bidders may obtain further information in respect to the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 from 8:00am to 5:00pm (local time).
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX:100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be through Banks authorised to receive non tax revenue.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 on or before 31" October, 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Bid securing declaration must be valid until 4" March, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative(s) who choose to attend at the address below at 7 by 11:10am (local time) on 31" October, 2023.
7.There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 20 October, 2023 at 10:00am at Ministry of Works and Transport Procurement and Disposal Unit Plot 57/59, Jinja Road
