Description
Q-Sourcing Limited trading is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Administration Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, administration, and day-to-day coordination across the business, ensuring talent acquisition processes, records, and internal follow-up are managed efficiently and professionally.
Reporting to: Digital Innovation & Business Solutions Lead
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities including sourcing support, screening coordination, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and onboarding administration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, staff documentation, and administrative files in a structured and timely manner.
- Coordinate internal meetings, follow-up actions, correspondence, and operational tasks, while supporting reports, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, administration, HR support, or operations coordination.
- Experience supporting recruitment workflows, onboarding, record management, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Experience in a fast-paced service, project, or digital business environment is an added advantage.
COMPETENCES
Skills critical to the role:
- Strong coordination, organization, and follow-through.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and professionalism.
- Ability to work with digital systems, trackers, and administrative tools.
