Core Function:

To oversee the efficient utilization, maintenance, and compliance of our fleet, as well as manage third-party logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet dispatch, route planning, and optimization.
• Oversee routine maintenance, mechanical repairs, and strict cleanliness standards for all trucks.
• Coordinate and negotiate with third-party/hired transport providers.
• Utilize GPS tracking and fleet management software to monitor driver behavior, fuel consumption, and transit times.
• Implement health and safety compliance for drivers, manage turnaround times, and maintain accurate logs of fuel and spare parts consumption.

• Proven experience in a Transport Manager role or similar.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, maintenance, and compliance.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in transportation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
