Position Overview
Masaka Farms is seeking energetic, curious, and field-oriented Youth Shop Recruiters to support a three-year Mastercard-supported project run by Masaka Farms.
Responsibilities
The Youth Shop Recruiter will primarily work in the field to identify new market opportunities for Masaka Farms. This will include visiting shops, supermarkets, mini-markets, restaurants, hotels, and other potential points of sale; collecting market information; identifying potential customers and locations; taking pictures and videos; and gathering useful information about Masaka Farms’ presence and opportunities in the market.
Focus
The position is focused on market mapping, field data collection, shop identification, and gathering market intelligence that can support Masaka Farms’ growth.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
