Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
