Interested bidders shall submit application letters addressed to the Head, Procurement & Administration prior to being issued with the bidding documents. Payment for bidding documents shall be made by depositing the required amount on Pearl Bank Uganda Limited Bidding Fee Account No. 980000002187 at any Pearl Bank Uganda Limited branch nationwide. The bank deposit slip must be presented to the Procurement & Disposal Unit for issuance of an official receipt.
