Ardenfield CPA is recruiting on behalf of our client for two Accountant positions in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment. We are seeking resilient, detail-oriented, and committed professionals who are able to thrive under pressure and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Perform daily reconciliations and monitor transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
• Monitor stock and operational financial records where applicable
• Prepare timely management and statutory reports
• Support audits and respond to financial queries

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or progressing) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience in a busy work environment
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong integrity, accountability, and work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
