JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of our client, a leading real estate developer, we are seeking an AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare and maintain accurate technical drawings for its properties and development projects, turning approved designs and verified site information into coordinated drawings for construction, procurement and handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, layouts and construction details in AutoCAD to approved drawing standards.
• Develop shop drawings and technical details from approved designs, sketches and the instructions of the architect or engineer.
• Verify measurements and site conditions, and coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP information.
• Revise drawings for approved design changes and site instructions, keeping complete revision records and drawing registers.
• Prepare drawing packages for review and construction, and update as-built drawings for project handover.
