DEMONSTRATION OF INTEREST OF UGANDA SUPPLIER / SUBCONTRACTOR FOR TILENGA PROJECT UPSTREAM FACILITIES
MCDERMOTT UGANDA LIMITED (a McDermott Company), in consortium with SINOPEC INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM SERVICE CORPORATION, is currently executing the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction and Commissioning (EPSCC) Phase of the Tilenga Project – Upstream Facilities (TPUF) on behalf of TotalEnergies Uganda. The project is located within the Industrial Area and surrounding regions of the Lake Albert Basin, Republic of Uganda.
In line with our commitment to local content development, we invite qualified Ugandan suppliers and subcontractors with demonstrated experience in delivering similar-sized scopes in Uganda to express their interest in participating in the subcontract package listed below.
Interested companies are requested to complete the Demonstration of Interest (DOI) Form available at the link below and submit it no later than 23rd February 2026.
