EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF ARTIFICIAL LIFT SERVICES FOR TILENGA CA-1 & LA-2 NORTH DRILLING AND WELL INTERVENTION CAMPAIGN REFERENCE: IA028873

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the provision of Artificial Lift services for Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North Drilling and Well Intervention Campaign in Uganda.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:

COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the Provision of Artificial Lift Services during Drilling and Well Intervention operations scheduled to commence Q3 2027 to be performed on Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North in Uganda.

The objective of this future contract is to provide Artificial Lift services, together with qualified personnel, and adequate operational support facilities within the permit area.

The Scope of Works include Equipment and Services as below:

• Tubing retrievable ESPs with ability to operate in the specific oil viscosity of Tilenga environment (For information only, oil viscosities: 3 to 300 cp; emulsion viscosities: up to 1,500 cp).

• The operating range estimated shall cover the entire production range (estimated from 200 to 10,000 bbl/d) of Tilenga wells.

• Proven compatibility with Tilenga surface equipment.

The following requirements are to be demonstrated:

• Best technology for easy intervention means.

• Best technology for robustness and ESP lifetime.

• Best technology for production optimization.

• Compatibility with Tilenga oil viscosity context.

• Ability to cover large production rates to minimize inventories over the full production range.

COMPANY seeks to identify a company possessing or capable of providing Artificial Lift Services during Drilling and Well Intervention operations. The bidder shall comply with COMPANY’s technical requirements to perform efficiently the operations. It must consider environmental constraints and quality standards. Potential bidders shall be encouraged to submit bids with licensed and efficient technologies, proposed to achieve COMPANY’s requirement and objectives.

Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

1. Proven experience in providing Artificial Lift Services for an international oil company or major operator

2. Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.

3. Current registration to, or application to be registered to, the National Supplier Database for the year 2026.

4. Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel with substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.

5. Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.

6. Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environment policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.
