Hariss International

Responsibilities or duties

  • Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking.
  • Conduct cold calls, and in-person visits to promote products.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address client queries and provide product information promptly.
  • Maintain well merchandised Hariss Fridges with in the area of operation according to the Chillers SOPs.
  • Follow up on sales leads to convert them into long-term customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences and share information with the Sales team.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve product positioning.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and inventory.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Area Sales Supervisor.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • A minimum of a Diploma in business administration or management or any equivalent.
  • A marketing certification is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Experience needed

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
