Responsibilities:

  • Assist to ensure all assigned equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionality
  • Learn about and execute the company’s maintenance strategy
  • Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards
  • Support continuous improvement culture and initiatives 
  • Support the implementation of reliability practices
  • Learn how to utilize maintenance business systems to track maintenance performance
  • Comply with Service Quality, HSE and IT standards and policies
  • Follow the assigned training program

Exposures & Experiences:

  • Technical diploma or certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics studies
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Electronics or mechanical background coupled with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate the learning into practical solutions
  • Strong Commitment to QHSE
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to follow procedures and understand engineering and/or electrical drawings
