Duties and Responsibilities:
Purpose: The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing production and
maintenance of our Client’s operations focusing primarily on plastic molding operations.
The role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of production and maintenance
processes while meeting the company's objectives and targets. The Manufacturing Manager will
work closely with various departments to optimize resources, improve processes, and achieve
production goals.

You will be responsible for the following:
1. Production Management: Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring that production targets are met on time and within quality standards.
2. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize resource utilization,minimize downtime, and achieve production goals.
3. Maintenance Management: Ensure that all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
5. Quality Control: Ensure that products are manufactured according to established quality standards and specifications.
6. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
7. Resource Management: Coordinate with various departments to optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve overall production performance.
9. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production and maintenance operations comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
10. Develop and implement safety programs and training to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
11. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance production efficiency and overall operational effectiveness.
12. Employee Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the production and maintenance teams.
13. Manage employee performance, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
14. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for production and maintenance operations. Monitor and control costs to ensure that operations remain within budgetary constraints.
15. Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
16. Provide regular updates and reports on production performance and progress towards targets.
17. Execute any other duties as may be assigned to you by the Chief Executive Officer.
18. Authority and Independence: The Manufacturing Manager has full authority and independence as delegated to him or her by the "Chief Executive Officer" as per the requirements, duties, and responsibility of the job

Qualifications and Experience
1. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance,and quality control.
4. Experience in plastic molding operations is highly desirable.
5. The Manufacturing Manager must be able to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
6. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to managecomplex production and maintenance processes
