Responsibilities or duties

• Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers.
• Encourage retailers & Stockists to sell more of Hariss products.
• Recruit and register more retailers and Stockists for the assigned products of Hariss
• Ensure proper merchandizing in each market such to ensure brand visibility, display and checking of short expiries
• Ensure increased recommendation of Hariss products to customers by the retailers i.e. growing brand loyalty.
• Collect complaints and send through to aligned supervisor or Customer care.
• Be the brand ambassador of Hariss to Customers
• Performs any other task as per management request.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in business administration or management.
• A marketing certification is an added advantage

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Experience needed

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
