JOB SUMMARY
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an analytical Operations and Partnerships Associate to optimize operations, manage driver performance, build strategic partnerships, and support business growth and expansion.
Qualifications or requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience needed
- 3+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in transport, ride-hailing, technology, or the sharing economy is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with high Excel proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and proficiency in English and Luganda.
