Bondrich Advisory Group is hiring a Procurement and Logistics Officer to manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pre-qualify potential suppliers
• Negotiate terms with suppliers
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships
• Conduct supplier performance reviews
• Prepare and manage supply agreements
• Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders
• Coordinate inbound delivery of materials
• Ensure supplier adherence to quality standards
• Prepare and track Purchase Orders accurately
• Collaborate with finance department on invoice discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer in manufacturing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
