We, COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED together in consortium with CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) Uganda Limited are currently executing the Kingfisher EPC3 Project facilities near the eastern part of Lake Albert Basin.

Concrete and mortar mixing service

Scope of Work

Provision Concrete and Mortar mixing service comply with the mix design report for EPC 3 Project at Kingfisher Field, as below mention including but not limited:

1. Provide manpower, equipment/ machine, automatic mixer or mix plant, electrical power, qualitied Water for mixing, Material storage yard, and others necessary and sufficient resources for Concrete and Mortar mixing.
2. Provide the raw material transportation between Material storage yard and the mixing plant.
3. Set up an automatic mixer or mix plant with performance of moisture content compensation and automatic mixing report recording and print and responsible for the equipment maintenance. The location shall be no more than 3 km far away from the CPF, and the capability should not less than 50m3 per hours.
4. Provide the Materials preservation service and relevant materials test services.
5. The estimated Quantities of Concrete and mortar are 40,465 m3

Locally available construction materials will be sourced by Contractor.

1. Company presentation, including establishment time, registration location, the type and quantity of machinery and equipment, the composition and quantity of employees and other information, which are sufficient to demonstrate that you are capable of performing the work scope above.
2. Company's operating status, including the financial audit reports of the past three years and other information, which are sufficient to demonstrate the good operating status and financial stability of company in order for you to adequately perform and smoothly complete the work scope above.
3. Concrete mixing plant presentation, including but not limited to production capacity, equipment specifications and models, mixing plant location, mixing machinery maintenance records in the last year.
4. Registration on the NSD. The Company shall be registered and qualified on the 2023 National Database (NSD) by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda and shall be able to remain the NSD qualification valid till the completion of the Subcontract herein.
5. Your company shall be strictly a Uganda Company and neither Joint Ventures nor None-Uganda Companies and shall be able to remain the Uganda Company qualification valid till the completion of the Subcontract herein.

Please note that:

• Your submission as required above will be further evaluated provided that all the aforementioned information required is correctly submitted in a timely manner. The aforementioned information required is critical for Contractor to evaluate your qualification for the tender but does not represent the only requirement in deciding the bidder's qualification. Contractor shall also have the right, at its sole discretion, to decide the bidder list for the tender in accordance with its qualification procedure and standard, which may not be fully presented hereinabove.
• Contractor may elect to adjust the work load in the work scope according to the design document and EPC3 project progress.
• This is just the first step in demonstrating your interest in relation to the Tender. Your submission does not guarantee that you will be qualified and /or approved as a Subcontractor or Supplier.

If your company's products/services, capability, and records of performance meet our requirements, we will contact you to continue the qualification process which includes many factors such as safety, quality, financial stability, capacity and others, and then biding stage. If you company do not pass the qualification process, we will retain your information for 6 months until circumstance change.
