Role Overview

We are hiring a Group COO to drive enterprise execution and profitability across the Group. As the operational heartbeat of QSSG, you will lead Country Managers, oversee P&L delivery across entities, and align performance with the Group’s growth ambitions. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-oriented executive who thrives on scale, discipline, and impact.

 Key Responsibilities

• P&L Leadership: Drive financial performance across entities, with a focus on EBITDA, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Entity Oversight: Lead and support Country Managers to deliver on strategy, execution, and compliance.
• Operating Discipline: Standardize performance dashboards, KPIs, and business review rhythms across the Group.
• Process & Systems Optimization: Champion automation, SOPs, and performance levers to enhance margin and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Group Heads of CX, Growth, Finance, HR, and QHSE to ensure aligned delivery.
• Governance: Institutionalize quarterly reviews and enterprise reporting with the CEO and Board.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Operations; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in regional senior roles with direct P&L responsibility.
• Skills: Strategic execution, multi-entity management, financial acumen, people leadership.
• Preferred: Experience in workforce solutions, outsourcing, or related services sectors.
