Key Specific Duties include:
• Support in updating of Legal statuses, community leader’s meetings, building rapports
• with local councils and ensuring swift recovery operations.
• Support Recovery and Asset Risk in their daily operations.
• Manages and trains security officers
• Hires and onboard new security officers
• Sets the security staffing schedules.
• Creates all security policies and procedures.
• Conducts regular security inspections
• Investigates security improvement plans to executives
• Builds and Manages the departmental security budgets
• Leads company emergency response trainings.
• Recommends new security technology.
• Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretions.
• Ensures the teams follows security and privacy laws and standards.
• Perform any other task that may be assigned to you by the Head of the Department
