JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of Job:
To prepare samples for geochemical and palynological analysis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Storing of geological samples in the core store. ii. Assisting in the maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment.
- Preparing geochemical and palynological samples for analysis.
- Participating in the analysis of geochemical and bio stratigraphic data
- Participating field sampling/survey programs
- Participating in management of Geochemical and palynological data.
- Assisting in maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Person Specifications
Qualifications
Ordinary Diploma in Laboratory technology, Geological, Geochemical Sciences or any other related discipline from a recognized training institution/University.
