Job title: 4 Workover & Completion Supervisor-Drilling & Completion Project Team
Location: Kampala, Albert Lake production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.

Primary function:
Responsible for planning/ designing dedicated wells implementing completion procedures, organize Workover & Completions activities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and supervise the workover construction scheme and activities. Assist the superintendent in the overall coordination and technical support of the well workover operations.
• Prepare the on-site operation daily report, and timely report to the superintendent in case of special circumstances,
• Assist the superintendent to take charge of the quality, health, safety and environmental protection management of the contractor.
• Prepare the well completion report after operation:
• Assist the superintendent to handle on-site emergencies according to the emergency plan;
• Organize the application and deployment of vehicles and other means of transport:
• Any tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the related.
• At least 8-year related working experience in oil and gas Industry

Knowledge:
• Extensive experience and knowledge of completion engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of risk analysis methods, tools and process of completion operation.
• Knowledge of cost control, drilling and engineering.
• Understanding of reservoir, geology and oil production.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
