The Bidding document(s) in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application letter to the Assistant Commissioner Procurement & Disposal Division at the address in (2) above.

Bidders are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address in (2) above and make payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 for each procurement to any of the 21 banks authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.
