ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

1. The Bulaleja District Local Government has received funds under UGIST to be used for the works below.
   Bulaleja District Local Government invites seated bids from eligible holders for the provision of the works below.

2. Budaiga shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
   The procurement is reserved for local and resident service providers as per the PDA Guidelines (2018) on reservation schemes to promote Local Content.
   Bidders must build sites and obtain site visit certificate in the specified site.
   The building documents which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested holders from Butaleja District Local Government upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 20,000= large bids. A record shall be obtained from the District Cashier’s office which will be presented in the Procurement and Disposal Unit to be issued with the holding documents. No liability will be borne before District for issue or late delivery of the table.
   Bidders must be notified of NJount copies and market “original” and three (3) “copies”.
   Bids must be numbered separately, situated at each level of the bidders.
   Property sealed bids should be marked with words ‘Bid for …’ and addressed to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Butaleja DLG, VP D.B.G., Butaleja.
   It should then be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit not later than 17^th November 2025 at 10:00 a.m and there after bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m in the Council Hall where holders representatives may choose to attend.
   Bulaleja District Local Government shall not be bound by the highest or lowest of any bid.
