3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USK 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) through URA by downloading a payment Registration Number on the URA Portal.
4. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 1000am on November 27<sup>th</sup>, 2025
